Shipping Policy

All orders must be sent Overnight* on dry ice. To prevent melting, we ship only in the continental United States. We apologize but we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order for delivery. To keep your Longboards fresh and frozen, all orders are shipped overnight* Monday through Wednesday only.**

*Overnight delivery may not be available to all locations. If this is the case, orders will arrive via 2nd day service.

**You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please let gift recipients know to expect a perishable package and to open immediately to prevent melting. Longboards cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts. WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. Use gloves or other protective material to remove dry ice from container.

The customer must file all freight claims for any goods damaged or delayed in transit; Longboards Vintage Ice Cream will assist you in every way possible.
